These rent houses are a combination from the other two categories. Rent Houses where you can have the whole place if you rent all rooms, but if you don’t you share some common spaces.

If you rent by rooms you will have your own room but will share some common spaces like the kitchen, terrace, and balconies, portal and other. You rent out a private room within a home. The room usually has a private entrance from the rest of the house and a private bathroom, sometimes the main door to the house is also common, but the private rooms will always have a private entrance with security keys.

But these rent houses can also be rented entirely if you rent all rooms. You can have the whole place to yourself. In this case you rent the entire home (all rooms, kitchen and all the spaces of the house).
