Located close to the town center but far enough to rest from the traffic. Just 20 min from the old part of the town and the Historic Museum. Just half block to the museums and night clubs. Just 45 min from the Santa Maria beach, Las Brujas, Perla Blanca and Las Gaviotas beach, located in the north keys.

Richard rent two comfortable and private rooms. First bedroom with a queen and two single beds(capacity for 4 guests). Second bedroom with two full beds (capacity for 3 adult guests and 1 child). Both rooms with air conditioning, fan, fridge, private bathrooms with hairdryer, cold and hot water 24 hrs., 110 and 220 V.

Bedrooms are located in front of the terrace and has huge windows with garden view in a natural and quiet environment, where breakfast and meals can be served.

There is another available bedroom (for large families or groups with capacity for 3 guests) with similar conditions, just half block from this house.

For 2+ guests the price is $5 CUC per guests.

Laundry service, taxi, dance classes, language classes are offered for an additional price.

Also breakfast and meals are offered. Breakfast for $4 CUC and meals between $8-$12 CUC.

The main dished are mainly seafood because of the location of the city and its closeness to the sea. And you can’t miss the Cuban Mojitos and other cocktail bar options.
