Description
This rent house is located few steps from the beach, less than half block. Perfect for a small family or a couple. It has air conditioning and a small kitchen equipped with gas and/or electrical cooker.
The main room is large and it has two beds, a huge closet and a completely modern bathroom with cold and hot water. The other room is smaller, with a queen size bed, private bathroom and independent entrance.
The dinning-living room is modern furnished with TV and other accessories that make you stay more pleasant.
The small and fenced terrace has 4 chair and a table and a barbecue to prepare some meals. It also has an external shower to remove sandy shoes.
It is located very near to the Hicacos Mall and the Doña Nelly bakery.

I stayed in Alain rent house for first 2 weeks of 2013. I enjoyed my stay, the location was great only steps to the Varadero beach, shopping & wonderful meals. The house was in good condition, clean & bright. It was a wonderful experience.
