Description
This is a wonderful chalet just half block from the beach, from the portal you can see the sand and just a few some away you will be on it. With 4 comfortable and colorful bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, one pantry, and this wonderful portal with armchairs and a swing, where you can enjoy the view and the pleasant breeze.
Four similar rooms, each one has a minibar (supplied by an additional price), television, closet, night tables and light, safety box, air conditioning units, and private bathroom with hot and cold water 24 hours, all nicely decorated.
One of the rooms with a queen bed, another with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa, and another with a queen bed and possibility of a sleeping sofa or a couch
A partially equipped kitchen with fridge, gas or electrical cooker, rice cooker, and a bar (If you want to prepare varied meals you should take your own blender, pressure cooker, and others you may need).
The owners also rent a fourth smaller room, independent from the rest of the apartment, with a queen bed, and the same conditions that the rest of the rooms (private bathroom, television, safety box, etc.). The price for this room is $35 CUC per night; and the price of the first 3 rooms of the apartment, is $40 CUC for room per night.
You can rent the rooms you need. If you don’t rent them all you may share with other guests.
The pantry has a refrigerator and a complete dinner service that you can use if you need it, cooking is not allowed.
Owners offer breakfasts and meals and laundry services for an additional price.
Every day cleaning, and change of sheets every 2-3 days. In the apartment you also can find TV, telephone, DVD, stereo, parking slot.
The portal has great rocking chairs and a swing chair, all combined with vivid colors and harmony to make your stay pleasant and unforgettable. You can see the beach from this great space, enjoy the breeze from the terrace with an external shower.
Just 20 min from the International Airport Juan G. Gomez, and 10 min walk from the Viazul bus station. Half block from the beach and near restaurants and bars.

I feel very satisfied with this reservation, very harmonic and clean rent house. Owners were friendly and kind, they also cook for us! Great food, great stay, the beach and the sun, everything perfect there. I recommend this house to my friends and visitors.

Lola house is fantastic ! It is sparkling clean, spacious, comfortable and quaint. Maritsa and Omar are so very sweet, we felt very sad to leave after our ten day stay, it was like saying goodbye to family. They made us breakfast and supper everyday and the food was delicious! You are just across the street from the gorgeous beach and right in a hub of activity. There is an entertainment area directly across from the porch so at night we would watch the dancers and the bands and the great assortment of classic cars driving by. At first we were concerned about the noise and sleeping but we just shuttered the windows and turned on the airconditioning in the rooms and slept just fine. What a fantastic vacation, all the comforts of home without being cramped into a little hotel room, especially when travelling with two teenagers!! I don't imagine there could be any house better than this one! Ray & Lisa

Muy cerca de la playa, estuvimos varios dias con nuestro bebe y parte de la familia, y la pasamos muy bien. Todo limpio y organizado. Al principio nos falto un poco de comunicacion con la dueña, que nos facilito algunas cosas en la cocina, pues no esta completamente equipada. Muy amables y comprensibles.

Fue una experiecia totalmente satsifatoria la casa muy bonita la localizacion perfecta la limpieza extraordinaria la duena de la casa tiene un sason para cocina exquisito el senor Omar una amabilidad increible ellos parecian que eran mi familia con ellos no gane unos amigos con honestidad su carino y ateccion esas personas son parte de mi familia los quiero mucho y siempre me quedare con ellos de hecho quiero reservar para este diciembre nuevamente toda la semana en cuanto sepa los dias se los hare saber la verdad le agradesco immensamente su coolabaracion y su recomendacion de esta casa.
