Beautiful and classical Santa Clara rent house built in 1876. Perfect for a small family, two couples, or group of friends.
This rent house is a classic representation of colonial Spanish architecture of the time. The house keeps its original spirit and structure, although it has had some modifications which had brought it closer to an eclectic style.
Both bedrooms are similar with two beds, one queen and a single bed (capacity for 3 guests on each room), air conditioning, refrigerator, and a private bathroom for each bedroom.
It has spacious living rooms exquisitely decorated with crystal baccarat lamps, Art deco, street lamps at mounted at outside corridors and backyard. Perillas´s furniture and floors were replaced in 1912 with imports from Turkey.
Florida Center is considered one of the most remarkable edifications in the country. In 2008, it received a Special Mention called “Premio Provincial de Conservación y Restauración de Monumentos”, this was the first time a private house get this type of award in Villa Clara.
