Description
Josefa rents three bedrooms (two of them share one bathroom). Both of the them with full privacy in a quiet zone and near the south sea in Varadero, it is located 3 blocks from the beach. Could be perfect for one or two couples.
The apartment is in a second floor and has a wonderful terrace where you can have breakfast and meals which are offered by an additional price.
The first room is a homely small apartment with a living room, a full equipped kitchen (the oven cannot be used), a tiny dining room, a bedroom with queen bed and a small corridor to another room with a king bed, the bathroom is located in the corridor of the first room and is shared with the second room. You can access these rooms by an outside stair. If you rent this apartment with one room the other will be closed (you can't chose wich room to close; the room with the king bed will be closed if you rent only one room), so you will have full privacy and won't share with other guests. In this case the apartment price will be $35.00 CUC. If you prefer you can rent this apartment with the other room and the price will be $65.00 CUC.
The second room is private and independent from the others rooms. It has a couch and a queen bed, TV, air conditioning, a fridge and a bathroom. The access is by an outside stair. Price: $35.00CUC
The terrace will be shared by the three rooms guests.
Josefa and Abraham are very dedicated owners with this wonderful, clean and organized rent, so this could be also a good option if you want to have a nice stay in Varadero.

Josefa es una señora encantadora, de esas anfitrionas que lo hacen sentir a uno como si estuviera en casa propia. Realmente lo pasamos muy bien, es un sitio tranquilo, donde se pueden pasar horas en la terraza: allí hicimos todas nuestras comidas y hasta jugamos dominó alguna que otra noche.

The terrace is shared, but I had good privacy. The oven didn't work, so I had to cook without it, the other appliances works fine. The owner was very kind. This is a quiet zone, just what I was looking for.

Second floor, small but nice rooms, one of them has kitchen the other don´t, quiet zone, pleasant terrace and view. Owners lives at a side.
