This rent house has one bedroom and is half block from the Viazul bus station and one block from the beach. Perfect for a small family, a couple, or frinds.
The room has one queen bed and a bunk bed full style, air conditioning, TV, video, stereo, one bathroom and if you want a full equiped kitchen it will be $5 CUC more to the original price.
The apartment is located in a second floor and also has garage.
Near this apartmen is also the Esquina Cuba restuarant, the post office, the bank, the beach... all you need to your vacations in Varadero.

This rent house is NOT trusted. We keep it in this website only to warn other people about it. The owners are not good people, they have discriminated guests. The owners decided not to take a two weeks earlier confirmed reservation, just two days before guest’s arrival (after paying the first day retainer), because of the origins of the accompanying people of the guest who makes the reservation. It’s sad that this thing happens nowadays and hard to believe that the well-owned reputation of being warm for Cuban people and rent house owners, have been tarnish by this rent house owners. The owners returned the retainer to the guests and they could successfully stay in a different rent house. We advise to avoid staying in this rent house, or at least consider this incident before making your choice
