Description
This is a homely and private rent house located in front of the beach, with just crossing the beach avenue you have the wonderful sand on your foot.
This spacious and cozy apartment is rented entirely, you have full privacy and you can use the whole apartment (owners doesn't live in this apt). However owners are available in case you need them at any moment.
Guests can relax in the spacious living room with its 4 rocking chairs to watch TV, listen music or simple enjoy the breeze. Also the terrace with the table and two chairs are comfortable to enjoy your breakfast and meals.
It contains a full-equipped kitchen (cooking is allowed) with a gas or electrical cooker, rice cooker, dishes and all kind of cooking accessories; two fridges.
The balcony has a corridor where you can contemplate the beach which is crossing the Beach Ave. (a very low traffic street that is at a side of the beach). But also you can use the sun-lounger at the third floor with a wonderful beach view.
It has two bedrooms available, one of them with one king bed (capacity for 3 guests) and the other two full beds (capacity for 4 guests), and can sleep UP to 7 persons. You can rent one room or both (if you rent only one room the cost would be $50), in any case you will have entire privacy. If you rent only one room, the other will stay locked and unavailable for other guests.
First bedroom has two comfortable double beds with their night table, large closed and an air-conditioning unit. Second bedroom has a king bed with their night table, an air-conditioning unit, a large closet and a mirror and two wicker chairs. The house has one bathroom with 24hr hot showers. The house also has a secure parking slot which is included in the house's price.
Bed sheets and linen are provided and changed every two days or when you needed. All rooms come with security lockers.
If you rent only one room the price would be $50.00 USD and if you rent both the cost would be $80.00 USD.

House Rules
Please read carefully this rent house rules:
- The total amount of the reservation is paid the first day of the reservation once you arrive.
- You are welcome to receive your guests at the apartment as long as total number sleeping remains intact or you pay the correspondent amount per additional guest.
- To guarantee guests a clean house and to avoid delays, the owners ask that all guests abide by the Earliest check in: 14:00 and Latest checkout: 12:00 ($ 5 CUC per hour charged for late checkouts).
- When leaving the house at any time unoccupied please lock the door. At the time of your departure if the owners can’t be there, please throw the key through the kitchen window.
- Please remove sandy shoes before entering the house at the first floor shower.
- Use coasters when using drinks on tables.
- If you break anything please inform the owners.
- Please turn off the Air Conditioning and fans when you are not in the house and do not leave the doors open while the AC are on.
- No house parties are allowed. The owners reserve the right to terminate occupancy without refund.
- Smoking is NOT permitted in bedrooms; it is permitted on the living room, terrace and outside property.
- Pets are allowed. Not allowed on furniture or in beds. No bathing of pets in house. No scratching on doors, furniture, etc.
- The first day retainer is not refundable if cancellation of any type occurs. If you decide to leave before your reservation ends, we will not refund for the days left from the reservation.
This rent house only admits up to 7 persons including guests (adults and children) and visitors. Please consider this rule before making your reservation. Failing to adhere to this rule can result in the cancelation of your reservation without refund at the discretion of the rent house owner.

Hi my name is Sander and I am Cuban living in Canada. I was at Enrique and Magda apartment in varadero last summer and all I can say is that the place is very comfortable and cleaned. There is no better location if u are visiting varadero. As it is in the heart of the city. Mall is half block. Doña nely bakery 1 block. There are couple of fast food places just beside the apartment and la casa de la musica night club also 1 block away. The owners are really nice and helpful. One of the best places I have stay at. Thanks.

Estábamos hospedados en un hotel a principios de Junio, pero no nos gustó allá y decidimos buscar una casa particular. Esta casa supero nuestras expectativas, mi esposa, mis 3 hijos y yo pasamos 7 días espectaculares. La playa al cruzar la calle, en la misma cuadra hay un puesto de comida criolla a buen precio y de buena calidad. Enrique y Magda pasaban todos los días a ver si necesitábamos algo, la limpieza cada dos días. Quedamos muy satisfechos con el apartamento.

We have a lovely time in Varadero. This rent house is very near the beach and just half block from a ranch in the sand where you can eat, drink while enjoying the beach. My wife and I had a great time! This is a charming family, we thank them for their concern and kindness. We also tried the vararent taxi service and works great. My best friend and I spent 16 nights from November 6-22, 2012 in Enrique & Magda's rent house. We had a wonderfull time, the apartment is close to everything you need. It was very clean and bright. The owners are wonderfull people and made our stay the best. I have been to Cuba 14 times and this was the best trip so far!

Hola a Magda, Enrique y su hija. Estuvimos en su casa el pasado verano, toda nuestra familia y tuvimos una estancia muy feliz. Gracias a sus atenciones y al confort de su apartamento, no tuvimos inconveniente en añadir alguna noche más a lo planificado. Además recomiendo la cercanía de su casa a las tiendas y cafeterías del centro de Varadero y por supuesto, la cercanía del mar, a muy pocos metros. Esperamos volver a vernos y os deseamos muchos éxitos.
