Description
Varadero rent house with one room in a first floor building just half block from the beach. Perfect for a small family or friends.
This rent house is located in front of the beach, less than half block, with a lovely terrace facing the beach and the beach palms. The terrace is decorated with plants, and has a bench and chairs to enjoy your Cuban coffee or cigars in the mornings.
The room has two beds: one full and one queen bed, air conditioning, private bathroom with cold and hot water.
Pantry with electrical cooker (for some meals or coffee), fridge and a table with it chairs.
The room is located in a side of the owner’s house. It has private entrance from the rest of the house.
Owners offer meals and breakfast for an additional price.
This rent house is privileged because it location near the beach, and to other attractions like “Casa de la Música” nightclub, “El Caney” restaurant, the “Hicacos” Mall and others.

Thank you Lidysbett for the wonderful service offered to us. You found us the perfect rent house. Kuki and Oswaldo were absolute wonderful hosts. Their room/apartment is located in the perfect place...close to the beach ...central in town... but still very quiet and safe. The room is very basic and very clean. We had a private entrance with our own key so we could come and go as we pleased. Airconditioning if you need it, warm water in the shower and kitchen area with fridge/freezer. Nice little patio out front to relax, restaurants all around and a small commercial center across the street.I can't say how glad I am to have stayed in a casa particulare instead of the AI resort. This is the way to travel if you want to "experience" the town and lifestyle a bit more than you would on a resort. I'm glad I trusted Vararent with my accommodations.
